No. LessonSync supports both private 1-on-1 lessons and group sessions. Students can belong to multiple groups, and you can also set up and manage a multi-instructor teaching team.

Not at all. LessonSync is designed to be straightforward, with an in-app setup guide for students, lessons, payment details, and reminders.

Choose which group lessons or drop-in sessions are open, then share your public sign-up link. Students submit their information and confirm by email. You review each confirmed request before approving, declining, or waitlisting it.

LessonSync can place eligible requests on the waitlist. You can review those requests without enrolling more students than the group's capacity allows.

Yes. A group can offer full enrollment, individual drop-in sessions, or both. You choose which upcoming sessions accept drop-in requests.

You can link the request to an existing student or create a new student record. LessonSync enrolls the student and can record the sign-up price as payment due. Approval does not collect payment.

When your sign-up rules allow it, students can cancel an eligible drop-in or withdraw from a group through their secure portal.

No. LessonSync does not process student payments or take a percentage of them. Students pay you through the method you provide. Any outside payment service may still charge its own fees.

Yes. Up to 10 students and 20 emails per day with no time limit and no credit card required.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, change billing intervals, or manage AI Assistant from account settings. Upgrades and add-ons take effect immediately. Downgrades, add-on removals, billing reductions, and cancellations take effect on your next renewal date.

No contracts. Paid plans are available monthly or annually, and you can cancel anytime.

No. Students use LessonSync in their phone or computer browser. Group Sign-Up also works in a browser and uses email confirmation.

Yes. LessonSync supports shared-contact situations, such as siblings or students connected to the same parent email, while keeping each student record separate.

LessonSync supports lesson packages, monthly billing, and single-lesson billing. It tracks charges, payments, balances, and reminders, while students pay you directly through your preferred payment method.

Not currently. Students pay you directly through Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, bank transfer, cash, or another payment link. After you receive a payment, record it in LessonSync to update the student's balance. Integrated student payment processing is being considered for a future release.

Yes. You can generate invoice PDFs and send invoices directly from student records.
